摘 要:将纳米颗粒添加到低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)粉末涂料中,研究了附着强度随纳米颗粒的种类和含量的变化,发现添加纳米颗粒能明显提高LDPE涂层和钢铁之间的附着强度。其中添加纳米Al2O3和纳米SiO2在4%时取得最大值,与纯LDPE相比,提高近两倍。可能是因为在LDPE和钢铁界面处的纳米颗粒改变了LDPE的表面物理和化学性质,从而提高附着强度。The influence of varieties and amount of nanoparticles in low density polyethylene (LDPE) powder coatings on its adhesion strength was investigated. It was found that addition of nanoparticles can increase the adhesion of LDPE coatings on metals. Therefore, incorporation of 4% nano - Al2O3 or nano - SiO2 shows the highest adhesion, is as twice as that of pure LDPE. The mechanism seems that the nanoparticles at the interface of the coatings and the metal probably change the physical and chemical property of surface of LDPE, which increases the adhesion strength.
