摘  要:目的了解pH值对复方戊二醛消毒液理化性能和杀菌效果的影响。方法采用理化分析和悬液定量杀菌试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果复方消毒液中戊二醛含量测定值随pH值的升高而降低。戊二醛消毒液pH值为7.60时,对不锈钢、铜、铝、碳钢均基本无腐蚀性;pH值降到6.15时,同浓度戊二醛消毒液对碳钢和铝的腐蚀性增强,显示出轻度腐蚀。pH值在4.0-8.0范围,随着pH的升高,戊二醛消毒液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭效果有明显提高。结论戊二醛消毒液pH值的变化对戊二醛含量测定值有明显干扰作用,偏酸性的戊二醛消毒液显示出对金属腐蚀性增加,戊二醛消毒液pH值在8.0以下对细菌芽孢的杀灭效果可随其升高而增强。Objective To know the influence of pH value on physicochemical properties and germicidal efficacy of compound glutaraldehye disinfection solution. Methods Physicochemical analysis and suspension quantitative germicidal test method were used to carry out laboratory observation, Results The measured value of glutaraldehyde content in the compound disinfection solution decreased with increasing pH value, The glutaraldehyde disinfection solution at pH 7, 60 essentially did not corrode stainless steel, copper, aluminum and carbon steel. When the pH value of the glutaraldehyde disinfection solution at same concentration decreased to 6.15, its corrosive effect on carbon steel and aluminum increased, causing slight corrosion. The efficacy of glutaraldehyde disinfection solution in killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var, niger significantly increased with increasing pH value within the pH value range of 4.0-8.0. Conclusions The change of pH value of glutaraldehyde disinfection solution had significant interfering effect on measured value of glutaraldehyde content, Acidic glutaraldehyde disinfection solution showed increase in corrosiveness to metals, The sporicidal efficacy of glutaraldehyde disinfection solution was enhanced with increasing pH value at pH below 8.0.
