摘  要:目的研究污水粪大肠菌群快检试纸,检测其实用效果。方法将乳糖发酵培养基进行改良,制成快检试纸,进行了应用效果检验,并与试管发酵法作平行比较。结果快检试纸接种的10株大肠菌群反应均为阳性,8株非大肠菌群反应均为阴性,快检试纸检测阳性结果与发酵法完全一致。纸片法和发酵法检测出现阳性结果的最高稀释度完全相同,出现的阳性份数基本相近。抗干扰试验证明,变形杆菌和阴沟肠杆菌对纸片法和发酵法均有干扰作用,变形杆菌对纸片法有干扰作用,阴沟杆菌对试管法干扰较明显,其他菌种则均无明显干扰。现场试验显示,纸片法和发酵法共同检出阳性标本98份,阴性标本67份;共有15份标本两种方法检测结果不一致,但这15份标本均证明为粪大肠菌群阳性。结论纸片法检测污水中粪大肠菌群与试管发酵法检测结果符合率为97.2%,纸片法检测污水中粪大肠菌群具有特异性强、敏感性高、使用方便、操作简单的优点,可以用于医院污水和城市污水中粪大肠菌群的检测。Objective To study the quick test paper for sewage fecal coli - group and to examine its applied efficacy. Methods The lactose fermentation culture medium was modified to prepare quick detection test paper. The applied efficacy of the test paper was examined and compared parallelly with that of the test tube fermentation method. Results The reaction of 10 strains of coli - group inoculated on the quick test paper was positive and that of 8 strains of non - coli - group was negative. The positive result of examination with quick test paper fully conformed to the result of fermentation method. The highest dilutions of test paper method and fermentation method producing positive results were fully equal and the numbers of positive samples was essentially similar. The anti - inteference test demonstrated that Proteus and Enterobacter cloacae had interfering effect on both paper method and fermentation method. Proteus had interfering effect on paper method and Enterobacter cloacae had obvious interfering effect on test tube method, while other bacterial species had no obvious interfering effect. Field trial showed that the paper method and fermentation method detected 98 positive samples and 67 negative samples in common, while the results of the two methods for examination of 15 samples were different, but these 15 samples were proved to be cob - group positive. Conclusions The coincidence rate of the results of examination of fecal coil - group in sewage by paper method and test tube fermentation method was 97.2%. The paper method for detecting fecal cob - group in sewage has the advantages of strong specificity, high sensitivity, convenient for use and simple for operation and can be used for detection of fecal cob - group in hospital sewage and city sewage.
