摘　　要：水利生态绩效审计是科学地评价水利项目生态效益、社会效益和经济效益的有效手段,是我国资源环境问题凸显和治水思路转变的必然要求。研究围绕水利项目的基本特征,对水利生态绩效审计的内涵、特点、内容、指标等进行了系统的分析和研究,对开展水利生态绩效审计所面临的一些关键问题进行了剖析,最后给出了推进水利生态绩效审计的建议。Audit of ecosystem is an effective way of scientifically evaluating ecological, social and economic benefits of water project and necessity of solving water problems in China as well as alternation of water management concept. A systematic analysis is carried out on the inherent, content and index for the auditing of ecosystem performance audit. Key issues related to audit of ecosystem performance is investigated. Finally, suggestions are made on how to promote audit of ecosystem performance.
