摘  要:面板堆石坝垫层料上游坡面施工直接关系面板的质量、大坝施工进度及施工成本。传统的斜坡碾压固坡法和挤压墙法均有明显不足之处。翻模固坡技术将模板应用于垫层料上游坡面施工,可实现垫层料填筑与砂浆固坡同步完成,固坡坡面平整,施工效率高,成本低,安全性高,是完全自主创新的科技成果,达到了国际领先水平,有广泛的推广应用前景。Slope construction at upper reach of bedding materials of the concrete face rock-fill clam directly relates to the quality of concrete face, dam construction progress and cost of construction. Conventional methods of slope compaction and squeezing wall have obvious shortcomings. Turnover form for stabilizing slope applies the form into the slope construction at upper stream bedding material, so that the filling of bedding materials and slope stabilizing with mortar is completed simultaneously. The advantages are the stabilized slope leveled, with short construction time, low cost and high safety. The technology is totally self-innovated that reaches to the advanced international level and has great potential for wider application.
