摘 要:在碱性介质中合成了水溶性β-CD预聚体,将其在纤维素上接枝,制备了包合苯甲酸药物的功能性纤维素纤维,测定了不同温度时的包合药物稳定性常数和表观热力学参数,考察了包合药物在水溶液中的稳定性能和释放性能。结果表明,包合反应为放热反应,分子间的范德华力在包合反应时起主导作用,该纤维在温度低于20℃时包合药物较稳定,在37℃左右释放几乎达到了最佳状态。Soluble β-cyclodextrin prepolymer was prepared in an alkaline medium, which was grafted onto the cellulose fiber, thus obtained a new functional fiber with inclusion of benzoic acid. The stability constant and apparent thermodynamic parameters of the inclusion complex under different temperatures were determined, and its stability and releasing behavior in aqueous solution were also investigated. It is observed that inclusion reaction which is affected by Van der Waals forces is one kind of exothermic. The inclusion complex contained in the fiber is rather stable under 20 ℃, and its release of benzoic acid reaches nearly optimum state around 37 ℃.
