十五味黑药丸对大鼠应激性胃溃疡的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察十五味黑药丸对大鼠应激性胃溃疡的治疗效果。方法:SD大鼠分为五组,即十五味黑药丸0.5 g.kg-1、1.0 g.kg-12、.0 g.kg-1剂量组,甲氰咪胍阳性对照组(0.1 g.kg-1),阴性对照组(生理盐水);各组连续给药7天,末次给药后水浴法造成大鼠应激性溃疡,20小时后放血处死动物;检查胃病变情况,由此观察十五味黑药丸对溃疡的治疗作用。结果:十五味黑药丸组大鼠溃疡面积和溃疡指数均明显小于对照组,其中以2.0 g.kg-1组作用最为显著(P<0.01)。结论:十五味黑药丸对大鼠应激性胃溃疡具有明显的防治作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of Shiwuwei Heiyao Wan（SHW） on stress gastric ulcer in rats. Methods SD rats were divided into five groups： SHW groups（0. 5 g·kg^-1 , 1.0 g·kg^-1 , 2. 0 g·kg^-1）, Tagamet group（0. 1 g·kg^-1 ）, control group（normal saline）. Successive administration to every one lasted for 7days, and rat model of stress gastric ulcer was established by restrain and immersed in water （22℃） after the last administration. All the rats were executed after 20 hours. The pathological changes of stomach were observed and the therapeutic action of SHW on stress gastric ulcer was measured by ulcer area （UA） and ulcer index （UI）. Results The U1 and UA of rats pretreated with SHW were significantly lower, especially at the 2.0 g·kg^-1 dose （P〈0.01）, than those of the control group. Conclusion SHW can prevent rats from stress gastric ulcer.
