摘　　要：从3种硅钼间化合物的基本性质出发,评述了各自的优良性能和本质缺陷。并对3种化合物当前的制备技术、改性方法以及应用情况作了介绍,希望对相关领域科研工作者全面了解这3种硅钼间化合物的研究现状提供方便。In this article, the basic natures of three kinds of Si-Mo intermetallic compounds were introduced. The excellent properties and essence defects were commented. And the techniques for preparation, methods for modification and applications of the three compounds have been summarized. It is hoped that some convenience can be provided for the researchers in investigating the condition of the three compounds.
