摘　　要：目的观察新型Mcu功能性IUD临床效果。方法对放置Mcu功能性IUD 300例,临床观察使用24个月,并与Tcu220C组300例进行比较。结果Mcu功能性IUD 24个月的妊娠率、脱落率,因症取出率明显低于Tcu220C,经检验有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论Mcu功能性IUD避孕效果好,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the new Meu Functional IUD. Methods 300 cases with the Meu Functional IUD were in the observing group and 300 cases with the Teu200C IUD were in the conuol groups. The observation duration was two years. Results The expulsion rate,the pregnancy rate with Meu Functional IUD, the take off rate due to symptom and failure rate of Meu Functional IUD were significantly lower than that of Teu200C（ P 〈 0. 051. Conclusion Meu Funetional.IUD has a good contraeepfive effect,and it should be widely used.
