摘　　要：葛西善藏是日本传统私小说的代表作家,“真实性”是其作品的典型特征之一。他所追求的真实,根本上在于自我心境的真实表现。葛西善藏通过对故事情节、环境和人物的虚构与夸张,穿插运用暗示、象征等艺术手法,来表达其丰富复杂的内心世界。研究葛西善藏小说创作中虚构的表现、作用及其虚实相间的艺术风格的成因,对于阐释日本私小说与虚构性的关系具有重要的意义。Authenticity is one typical feature of the literary works by Kasai Zenzo, the representative ＂I-novel＂ writer in Japan. Basicall, the authenticity that Kasai Zenzo pursues lies in a truthful expression of the mental state of self. It is usually through fictionalizing and exaggerating the plot, milieu and charac- ters as well as by putting into use artistic techniques such as metaphor and symbolism that Kasai Zenzo expresses the feelings of a varied and complicated inner world. This paper attempts to take a close look at his fiction--writing techniques, their functions, and the contributing factors of his writing style of alternating between fact and fiction, which is significant to the interpretation of the relationship between Japanese ＂I- novel＂ and fictionalization.
