摘 要:为解决用混合溶剂萃取法从粗蒽中提取精蒽存在较严重的环境污染问题,以及萃取后混合溶剂的分离问题,以粗蒽为原料,苯为溶剂,采用溶剂洗涤和共沸蒸馏相结合的方法提取精蒽。通过正交试验,得到了提取精蒽的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,这一提取方法使溶剂得以循环使用,几乎没有环境污染,且成本低,尤其是在产品的颜色和纯度上有很大的改观,精蒽的纯度(质量分数)可达98%以上。At present, extraction of refined anthracene from crude anthracene is mostly extraction by mixing solvents at home and abroad. The methods have both environmental pollution and separation problem of mixing solvents. In this paper, crude anthracene as a raw material, benzene as solvent, a method of solvent washing-azeotropic distillation was used to extract refined anthracene and the optimum process was obtain by use of orthogonal experiments. The results show that the process hardly has environmental pollution, the solvent is circularly utilized, the cost is lower, and that the colour and purity of refined anthracene are improved greatly, the purity can reach to more than 98 %.
