摘　　要：水平集成型虚拟组织是在平行型中小企业集群的基础上组建的。通过分析平行型中小企业集群和水平集成型虚拟组织供应链的结构与特点,根据虚拟组织供应链中客户化分离点的实际意义,从全面供应链的角度出发,提出了适合水平集成型虚拟组织实施客户化的方法,并研究了水平集成型虚拟组织内、外部供应链的分离点及其客户化生产的供应链管理。A horizontal integrated virtual organization was built on the basis of parallel enterprise cluster of small and medium-sized companies. Firstly, the differences of the structure and characteristics between the parallel enterprise cluster of small and medium-sized companies and the horizontal integrated virtual organization were analyzed and compared. According to the practical meaning of decoupling point of supply chain in virtual organizations, a methodology of customized production in virtual organizations was proposed from the viewpoint of total supply chain. Finally, the decoupling point of intra -and extra-supply chain in horizontal integrated virtual organizations was discussed, and its supply chain management for customized production was studied.
