高速公路交通噪声预测评价偏差探析

摘　　要：对多条高速公路的环境监测表明,交通噪声实际测量值与公路建设前所做环境影响报告书中的预测值有较大偏差,特别是夜间噪声实测值普遍高于预测值。分析了产生这种偏差的原因,指出主要是由于预测时,夜间车流量与大型车所占比例被低估所造成。定量计算了小时车流量及大型车比例增加时对交通噪声预测值的影响,这个偏差最大可达6dB(A)左右。Environmental monitoring of highways indicates that there is large deviation in traffic noise between the observed data and the prediction made in the environmental assessment prior to the construction. In particular, at night the actual noise is generally higher than the predicted values. Analysis indicates that the mainly reason of the discrepancy is the underestimation of the proportion of large vehicle and the scale of traffic flow at night. Maximum deviation may reach 6dB.
