摘　　要：介绍烧结主厂房16t行车生产过程中不能带料更换台车，必须进行台车清料，造成检修时间延长，影响生产，为此将50t行车延续到16t行车运行区段范围内使用，并对厂房结构及行车梁检测鉴定，制定加固方案，生产实践取得良好效果。During the production of the 16-t overhead traveling crane in the main sinterlng building, It was impossible to change trolleys with charge. Trolley cleaning would prolong its overhaul time, influencing normal production, for which the 50-t overhead traveling crane continued to be used in the zone where the 16-t overhead traveling crane runs. In addition, the building structure and overhead trolley crane girders were examined and approved, then a consolidating scheme was worked out , showing good results in real production.
