摘　　要：通过对20多部影片进行不同程度的重读评议,说明了上海20世纪三四十年代电影佳作迭出,群星灿烂,具有与世界先进文化同步发展的深刻的现代性。By re-examining 20 films in varying degrees, this essay accounts for the fact that the Shanghai cinema in 1930s and 1940s has a large quantity of excellent films and well-known stars. Thus it embodies the deep modernity of keeping a simultaneous development with the world＇s advanced culture.
