摘 要:采用紫外分光光度法对24份不同类型硬粒小麦的类胡萝卜素含量进行了测定,建立了准确、快速和简便的硬粒小麦类胡萝卜素含量测定方法。结果表明,不同硬粒小麦品种类胡萝卜素光谱都显示酽胡萝卜素特征吸收光谱峰形,特征吸收峰在425-478nm,主峰在445nm,确定的测定波长为445nm;不同硬粒小麦品种类胡萝卜素含量差异达极显著水平,变异范围在3.5333-8.6533mg/kg,平均值为5.886mg/kg,其中墨西卡里75类胡萝卜素含量最高,为8.6533mg/kg,其次是CD85007—15—2、P468、新九师89—1、M75、中硬86173、ID84001、85(363)6,含量为6.5733-7.4800mg/kg,类胡萝卜素含量极低的硬粒小麦品种有可可瑞特和P163。Carotenoids were extracted from triticum durum seeds in this experiment. The content of total carotenoids of different varieties of triticum durum was studied by using the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. The result showed that the UV-visible spectra apexes of 13 carotene was all showed on the carotenoid spectra of different triticum varieties. The apexes are on 425-478 nm and the main peak is on 445 nm, and the identified wavelength is 445 nm. Significant differences in carotenoids content were found among different varieties. The carotenoids content of 24 varieties varied from 3.533 3-8.653 3 mg/kg, and the average was 5.886 mg/kg;the highest content variety was Moxikali75 which was 8. 653 3 mg/kg. The next content varieties were CD85007-15-2,P468,Xinjiushi 89-1, M75,Zhongying 86173,ID84001,85(363)6 and the lowest content varieties were Kekeruite and P163.
