摘  要:企业在非市场领域的利益角逐中,由于利令智昏或缺少必要的制度规则,企业行为往往是不规范的。而这种不规范非市场行为的横行无忌,必将对我国的经济体制改革和社会和谐发展产生极其严重的负面后果。本文定义了企业的非市场行为,探讨了企业非市场行为的规范性问题,提出了判断企业非市场行为规范性的理论框架,并最终给出了规范企业非市场行为的具体政策建议。To many companies, their success relays not only on their performance in market field, but also on how to deal with government, community, the media, the public and other interests, However, due to lacking of necessary laws and ethic norms. companies' non-market actions often bias from their normal orbit. Meanwhile, companies' some non-market actions fall in the vacuum of institutions and have nothing to follow Up. The popularity of companies' abnormal non-market actions will undermine the reform of economic system and Social harmoniousness, This paper defines the corporate non-market action, discusses its legitimacy, presents a theoretical framework in judging the normality of this non-market action, and finally put forwards measurements to govern it.
