赤霉素处理对山茶花开花的促进作用

摘　　要：采用喷洒、剥离外部鳞片喷洒、涂抹和剥离外部鳞片涂抹赤霉素(GA)的方法处理山茶花花蕾,发现剥离外部鳞片涂抹为最佳处理。用400、600、800、1000mg/LGA处理,发现800mg/L为最佳激素浓度。由此促进了山茶花的花期提前和品质提高。Treatments such as spraying, peeling the outer squama followed spraying, daubing and peeling the outer squama followed daubing on floral-bud of Camellia were researched in the present experiments. Results showed peeling the outer squama followed daubing was the best one of all the treatments on the floral-bud of Camellia. Using 400,600,800 and 1000mg/L GA to daub the floral-bud of Camellia demonstrate 800 mg/L was the best one of all the contents on the floral-bud differentiation. On the basis of above experiments the flower quality of Camellia was increased.
