老城更新中传统风貌特色的保护与再生——以济南解放阁片区详细规划为例

摘　　要：解放阁片区整体风貌极具济南地方特色,其传统风貌的保护与再生策略包括:延续城市文脉,以娱乐、休闲、商业、文化为主导功能,体现泉文化特色;尊重原有空间格局,形成东南低、西北高的态势,凸显街坊特色;珍惜舜井、舜园等历史遗迹,充分挖掘其内涵;保护以鱼骨式街巷为主脉的街巷肌理,形成两横四纵的道路格局;传承浙闽会馆等历史建筑和传统民居的特色,对新建建筑进行体量控制和色彩引导。As a district of typical Jinan characteristics, Jiefangge＇s conservation and regeneration measures include： to inherit its urban context; to express ＂spring＂ culture from aspects of entertainment, recreation, commerce, and culture; to highlight block and alley characteristic by maintaining current topography of high in the northwest and low in the southeast; to cherish historic relics such as the Shun Well and Shun Garden and realize their values, to protect ＂fish-bone＂ street structure and form the layout of two horizontal and four vertical arteries; to inherit the style of historical architecture and traditional dwelling houses; and to control the scale and color of new buildings.
