摘  要:采用 HPTA[1 -羟基 - 4 - (对甲苯胺基 ) -蒽醌 ]方法对长江口水中硼进行分析 ,并与姜黄素法进行比较 ,方法的标准偏差为 0 .0 0 5 ,变动系数小于 5 % ,对长江口水样分析结果与姜黄素法相比较 ,其相对误差为 - 0 .4%。本方法具有分析成本低 ,方法简便 ,试剂配置后保存时间长 ,经方法改进 ,避免了玻璃器皿中硼的干扰。对长江口水中硼的分布规律进行了研究 ,得出本调查河段长江水中硼的含量与水样的电导率 (盐度 )有正相关性。In this paper, the concentration of boron in the Changjiang estuary is analyzed by HPTA [1 hydroxy 4 (p toluido) anthraquinone] method and compared with curcumin method. The standard deviation of this method is 0.005, the coefficient of variation is less than 5% the relative error is -0.4% compared with curcumin methed in the analysis of the Changjiang estuary water samples. The advantage of this method is simple, low costs, and exceptionally stable after preparation of reagent. The interference of boron from glass container it can be avoided that with the improving of method. The distribution of boron in the Changjiang estuary water is investigated and found that there is a good correlation between boron content and specific conductance of water samples in it.
