摘　　要：苏州河是上海的母亲河,对河两岸优秀历史建筑的保护及合理改造关系到上海的历史和城市景观,因而十分重要。该文在全面收集苏州河两岸优秀历史建筑资料的基础上,从建筑类型、建筑风格和建筑功能转移三方面进行了详细的探讨。Suzhou River isthe mother river of Shanghai, with lots of historic buildings on both sides, How to protect and conserve heritage architecture is very important to the city history and view. Based on the long research, the article gives full information about heritage architecture along Suzhou River from three sides： architecture type, style and changing of function.
