摘　　要：分析了目前高职教育实践教学环节存在的问题,探讨了以岗位需求为中心,贴近实际生产需要的实践教学改革方向和目标,提出了实训教学管理与实训教学质量考核体系,以培养综合素质高的适合社会需求的应用型人才,全面提高学生就业能力。Problems in the practice teaching process of advanced vocational education are discussed. Also the target of practice teaching which should focus to position requirement and press close to real production is proposed. And practice teaching management and quality test system is put forward to bring up application person with higher integrated ability who fit for society requirement and improve ability of student to find a job.
