摘  要:在实验室条件下对低碳高合金钢进行了冲击磨料磨损试验,然后运用ANSYS有限元分析工具,在虚拟环境下对该试验进行数字仿真,通过分析冲击磨损形貌、亚表层金相以及数字仿真所得到的冲击过程中材料的应力分布情况,讨论了试验中观察到的白层的形成机制和失效模式。结果表明,白层形成机制为强烈塑性变形机制。白层形成后在冲击磨损的作用下产生裂纹,裂纹在残余拉应力和表面切应力的作用下扩展,从而导致白层脆性剥落。The impact abrasive wear properties of low-carbon high alloy steel were tested under the experimental condition, and then the digital simulation experiment of this test was done with the finite element analysis software ANSYS in virtual environment. The formation mechanism and failure mode were researched through analyzing the worn surface, the optical metallograph of vertical section on the subsurface and the stress distribution of the tested material obtained from the digital simulation during impact abrasive wear. The results showed that the formation mechanism of the white layer is strong plastic deformation. The cracks were generated under the action of impact wear after the white layer formation, and then extended under the residual tension stress and shear stress, so the brittle delamination of white layer was caused.
