摘　　要：目的通过对高危孕妇进行筛查、监护与管理，建立健全高危妊娠管理常规和高危妊娠筛查、监护管理制度，提高高危妊娠管理质量。方法对1108例孕妇在早孕初诊建卡时，通过详细询问病史，认真体格检查，常规化验，辅助检查等，及早筛查出具有高危因素的孕妇，并进行登记、评分、预约、随访等以动态观察高危妊娠患者的转归。结果由于加强高危妊娠管理，控制了高危因素的发展，了解高危妊娠的发生、治疗、转归的全过程，改善妊娠结局，提高了产科质量，保障了母婴健康和安全分娩。结论孕期必须及时准确地筛查出高危孕妇，并且实施系统化的管理。Objective To establish and perfect the rules and screening surveillance system for patients with high-risk pregnancy,and then improve the quality of management for them. Methods Screening the high-risk pregnency women early,and registering,scoreing,preengage,follow-up,turnover dynamically by asking the case-history detailly,physical examination carefully, chemical analysis conventionally,auxiliary examination during making the cards of early pregnancy. Results Confining the development of the high-risk factor,understanding the full-course development,therapy,turnover of the high-risk pregnancy, improving the outcome of pregnancy and the quality of obstetrics, ensuring health of mother-children and delivery safely by enhancing the management of high-risk pregnancy. Conclusions Screening the high-risk pregnancy women timely and exactly during the duration of pregnancy, and enforcing the management systemically.
