摘　　要：阐述了建设观音阁水库遥测地震台网的必要性；介绍了台网的概况及系统工作原理；重点讲述了在台网建设过程中所解决的技术难题。This paper states the necessity constructing telemetric seismic network of Guanyinge reservoir , the network survey and some principies of system work , and puts special emphasis on some technical difficulties solved in the process of the network construction.
