摘  要:针对《南京地区地基基础设计规范》(DGJ32/J12-2005)有关基坑悬臂式与单支点支护结构抗倾覆安全系数取值高于其他相关规范问题,通过理论分析、规范释义、查阅相关科研成果、社会调查和经验总结,阐明了抗倾覆安全系数的性质。根据本地区软土特性,以安全可靠为前提,论证了"南京规范"抗倾覆安全系数取值偏高的事实,以供"南京规范"在执行过程中不断完善和提高作参考,以避免造成社会财富的浪费。The factor of safety against overturning on retaining structure for foundation excavation as cantilever or single - fulcnnn piles in row is much higher according to the "code for design of building foundation in Nanjing area" than that of other related code of our country. It is proved in this paper that the safety factor by the "Nanjing code" is too high and is not necessary in comparison with demanded based on the theoretic analyzing, code's ideas explaining, scientific research documents consulting, social investigating and engineering experiences summarizing to this issue; also based on the character analyzing to the soft soil of modem Yangtse River deposits in Nanjing. The concept of the factor above is clarified repeatedly in the paper provided for the progress and perfection of the "Nanjing code" to avoid the squander of social wealth.
