摘　　要：就项目计划中应用最广泛的网络计划,分别从网络计划编制的原理、步骤、注意事项等方面进行探讨如何准确绘制双代号网络计划,使网络计划更有助于项目管理。With the best wide use of network plan in project plan, This article advances the way of drawing network plan . By means of principles, procudures and notable things of making network plan, the paper aims to describe how to draw Tow - code - name - arrow Network Plan rapidly and accurately so as to make the network plan guide the distribution of project management time more effectively.
