摘　　要：在支柱绝缘子频发断裂事故的情况下,综合比较国内目前几种探伤检测技术,确定超声波探伤。在济南、潍坊两供电公司进行了现场实测,同时深入研究了RTV涂层对超声探伤影响的程度,并从经过超声探伤的试品中抽取部分支柱绝缘子进行机械强度试验。在产品质量合格的前提下,超声探伤检测的准确率比较高,能够有效地避免断裂事故的发生。Allow for the frequent accidents of post porcelain insulators crack , ultrasonic crack detection was preferred compared with other domestic detection methods. Ultrasonic crack detection test was carried out both in Jinan and Weifang electrical power company, effect of RTV coating on Ultrasonic crack detection was studied at the same time, several post porcelain insulators were selected to do mechanism strength test. On condition that post porcelain insulators satisfy quality standard, Ultrasonic crack detection can effectively obviate the accident of post porcelain insulators crack.
