摘 要:文章首次将混合表面活性剂LAS/ASC应用于盐湖卤水中的锂钠分离,卤水的蒸发采用了与实际生产相一致的非等温蒸发方式。研究了混合表面活性剂对氯化钠中氯化锂和水的夹带量的影响;并对氯化钠晶体的成核及颗粒大小进行了讨论。结果表明:控制混合表面活性剂的组成和用量可有效地减少氯化锂和水的夹带,降低氯化锂的损失;得到颗粒较大的氯化钠晶体(4mm^6mm),提高了氯化钠的纯度和质量;并且解决了因结晶细碎造成的设备结垢问题。For the first time, surface active agent (LAS/ASC) was used in separating lithium chloride from sodium chloride. The material brines were evaporated with temperature rising continually (not constant temperature evaporation) ,which is similar to industrial production. The influence of mixed surface active agents on the content of hthium chlorede and water in sodium chloride was studied. In addition, the influence of mixed surface active agents on nucleation and the particle size of sodium chloride was also studied. The results showed that LAS/ASC could reduce the loss rate of hthium chloride,increase the particle size of sodium chloride (4nm - 6nm) and improve the pureness and quality of sodium chloride. What's more, the problem of scale and chemical cleaning was avoided.
