摘　　要：大学毕业生在激烈的就业竞争中,由于受各种因素影响,产生了一些心理问题.文化因素是大学毕业生产生心理问题的源头.因此,应积极构建先进文化,充分发挥其对大学毕业生的心理调适功能.Influenced by various factors,graduates have psychological problems associated with the fierce competition in seeking employment. The culture is the basic source of the psychological pressure of graduates. Therefore,it is necessary to construct advanced culture positively and display its adjustment function for the psychological pressure of graduates.
