摘　　要：在高新技术企业已经成为经济建设与发展的主要力量时,提高高新技术企业的综合发展能力已经成为一个急需解决的问题.从人才建设、技术创新和知识管理角度,研究了提升高新技术企业综合发展能力的作用和方法.When high-tech enterprises become main impetus of economic construction, it is necessary to enhance their comprehensive developing ability. From the view of talent training, technical innovation and knowledge management, this paper presents methods to advance comprehensive developing ability of high-tech enterprises.
