清导化湿法内外结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎68例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察清导化湿法内外结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效及其安全性。方法将120例UC患者随机分成中药组68例、西药组52例。中药组以清导化湿法为主,辨证分型中药口服结合灌肠;西药组口服加灌肠治疗,均用柳氮磺胺吡啶片,两组疗程均为60d。分别观察临床疗效、中医临床症状、肠镜检查结果变化等。结果中药组与西药组在综合疗效和肠镜检查结果比较无著性差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后主要临床症状改善有显著性差异(P<0.05),中药组无不良反应。结论清导化湿法内外结合治疗UC疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of heat-clearing and dampness-resolving therapy for ulcerative colitis and its safety. Methods 120 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 68 cases were orally and rectally tr,：ated by Chinese medicine and control group in which 52 cases were orally and rectally treated by Western medicine, with a course of 60 t^ays. The clinical efficacy, symptoms and enteroscopic examination were observed. Results There was no significance between two groups in clinical efficacy and enteroscopic examination （P〉 0.05）, but there was a difference in clinical symptoms （P〈 0.05）; no side effects were found in treatment group. Conclusion This therapy is quite effective for ulcerative colitis.
