摘　　要：目的研究脱毒后海洛因依赖者的情绪加工偏向及针刺对此注意偏向的影响。方法对10例男性海洛因戒断者和10例男性正常人采用dot-probe实验范式,呈现正性、负性及海洛因线索图片,分别记录在针刺前后的事件相关电位(ERP),比较分析两组正性图片的事件相关电位(ERP)振幅和潜伏期的差异,以及针刺干预作用下的脑电变化。结果海洛因戒断者正性情绪线索Cz点的P200振幅低于对照组;针刺与正性场景图片交互作用显著,戒断者正性情绪线索Cz点的P200在针刺作用时的振幅大于无针刺作用时的振幅。结论海洛因依赖者戒断后存在情绪认知障碍;针刺对海洛因戒断者及正常人的情绪认知加工具有一定的干预作用,提示针刺可以作为改善海洛因依赖者认知功能的治疗方法。Objective To study the heroin addicts＇ emotion attention and the effects of eleetroacupuneture on it. Methods Design programs of positive, negative and heroin-related pictures, record ERP and compare ERP and EEG between 10 healthy men and 10 male heroin addicts who had finished detoxifieation by eleetroaeupuneture. Results The heroin addicts＇ showed significantly lower amplitude of P200 in response to positive pictures at Cz zones than healthy men; eleetroaeupuneture and the positive pictures had an obvious interaction at P200 of Cz zones. Conclusions Heroin addicts suffer from emotion cognitive dysfunction; electroaeupuneture can effectively remedy the heroin addicts and healthy controls＇ emotional bias. It is suggested that electroacupuneture can improve heroin addicts＇ cognitive function.
