摘　　要：介绍了利用ASP．NET和ADO．NET技术开发高校教师工作量管理系统的方法,同时实现了高校教师工作量的电子化存储与动态管理,使得对高校教师工作量的管理提高了效率．文章对系统的开发原理、系统的功能特点和设计方案进行了重点分析．This paper mainly introduces a MIS（management information system） about college teacher workload developed with Asp. net and Ado. net technology. The system is designed to store the college teacher workload in digital format and management of messages dynamically to make the work of the teacher workload management more efficient. The paper also employs the theory of system development, the function of the system and the scheme of the system.
