摘　　要：目的探讨困难气管切开的原因和对策。方法回顾2005年9月至2006年9月经治171例困难气管切开患者的临床资料,并对临床经验进行总结。结果171例困难气管切开病例均成功进行气管切开术,其中环甲膜切开7例,气管切开成功率100%,无术中死亡病例发生。结论合理选择手术时机,熟练掌握手术操作及技巧,相关学科密切配合是困难气管切开手术成功的保证。Objective： To study the reasons and therapic strategies for difficult tracheotomy in difficult cases. Methods： Clinical datas of 171 patients performed difficult tracheotomy from September 2005 to September 2006 were analyzed retrospectively and the experiences were summarized. Results： Tracheotomy was applied in 171 cases, and cricothyroid laryngotomy was performed in 7 cases among these patients. The achievement ratio was 100%. Conclusion： Correct time for operative intearention, perfect operative skills and close cooperation between related departments would facilitate tracheotomy successfully in difficult cases.
