摘　　要：消旋（１５Ｒ）１５甲基ＰＧＥ２甲酯（ＰＧ６Ｅ）对在体大鼠胃酸分泌的抑制作用徐瑞明张守仁金碧燕韩超吴元鎏（中国医学科学院，中国协和医科大学药物研究所，北京１０００５０）ＰＧ６Ｅ是我所已合成的ＰＧＥ２类化合物，前文报道ＰＧ６Ｅ对动物实验性溃疡的保护作用...The antisecretion effect of dl (15R) 15 methyl PGE 2 methyl ester (PG 6E) was studied in perfusing rats in vivo . The results showed that PG 6E at the dose 0 1 mg·kg -1 decreased markedly the acid secretion and antagonized the gastric acid secretion induced by histamine, pilocarpin and pentagastrin in rats. This action of PG 6E appeared to be similar to that of cimetidine (40 mg·kg -1 ).
