人胎大肠黏膜层nNOS阳性细胞表达的免疫组织化学观察

摘　　要：目的探讨人胎大肠黏膜层nNOS阳性细胞的生长发育、形态结构及分布的规律。方法应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测第3、6、8三个月龄段,人胎大肠壁黏膜层nNOS阳性细胞的表达。结果第3、6、8三个月龄段,大肠黏膜层均有nNOS阳性细胞分布。第3个月龄时,大肠肠腺中、下部腺细胞之间有大量NOS阳性细胞分布,细胞体大小不一,呈圆形、椭圆形或不规则形,细胞质多,染色深。第6个月龄时,大肠腺中、下部的NOS阳性细胞的分布密度逐渐变得稀疏。第8个月龄时,大肠腺中、下部的NOS阳性细胞呈散在分布,肠腺的顶部和固有膜结缔组织内均出现NOS阳性细胞。结论大肠壁黏膜层内NOS阳性细胞的生长发育及其分布与肠壁黏膜层组织细胞的生长发育关系密切。Objective： To explore the role of the growth and development or configuration or distribution of nNOS positive cells in the mucous layer of the large intestine of human fetus. Methods： The expression of nNOS positive cells in the mucous layer of the large intestinal wall of human fetus, at the third, the sixth and the tenth month of gestation, was observed by using the SABC of the Immunohistochemical methods. Results At the third, the sixth and the eighth month of gestation, there were NOS positive cells distributed in the mucous layer of the large intestine. At the third month of gestation, a lot of NOS positive cells were observed between the glandular cells in the middle and below of the large intestinal gland, its cell bodies were different in the size and round or oval, with abundant cytoplasm and dense dyeing. At the sixth month of gestation, the density of NOS positive cells was gradually thin between glandular cells in the middle and below of the large intestinal gland. At the eighth month of gestation, NOS positive cells were seen on the top of the intestinal gland and in the connective tissue of lamina propria.Conclusion： The growth and development and distribution of NOS positive cells is closely related to the cells and tissues in the mucous layer of the large intestine.
