中药青龙衣镇痛机制的研究——青龙衣无机盐与三种钾盐的镇痛作用

摘　　要：钾盐是公认的实验用致痛物质。但青龙衣镇痛作用的活性成分是钾盐。本文通过整体动物镇痛实验及对神经干传导的影响等项药理实验表明，青龙衣无机盐、氯化钾、溴化钾及明矾均有较明显的镇痛作用，能提高小鼠基础痛阈，抑制扭体反应，并能阻断神经干及感觉神经末梢的传导。The analgesic experiment and effect of the Qinglongyi potassium chloride, potassium bromide, alum on nerve rtrunktunk conduction were studied in animals. The results show that they have obvious analgesic actions, they all can expand a rat′s basal pain threshold and can restrain rat′s reaction on wriggle. They can block the conduction of toad′s nerve trunk and sensory nerve ending, and the strength of the action is related with dosage.
