巨幼细胞贫血和MDS患者血清LDH、α-HBDH活性的测定及其意义

摘　　要：应用生化自动分析仪检测１８例巨幼细胞贫血，３０例骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）和２０例正常人血清乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）和α－羟丁酸脱氢酶（α－ＨＢＤＨ）活性，结果显示，巨幼细胞贫血组ＬＤＨ、α－ＨＢＤＨ活性明显显高于正常对照组，而ＭＤＳ组ＬＤＨ，α－ＨＢＤＨ活性与正常对照组比较无显著差异，因而检测血清ＬＤＨ。The serum level of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),α hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBDH) in 20 healthy subjects, 18 megaloblastic anemia patients and 30 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) was measured by biochemical analyzer. The results showed that the serum level of LDH, α HBDH in megaloblastic anemia group was significantly higher than that of normal control group and no significant difference was found between MDS and normal control group. This result sugests that the measurement of the serum level of LDH, α HBDH might be clinicaly useful in differentiating megaloblastic anemia from MDS.
