摘　　要：厦门国贸金门湾别墅区根据厦门市城市总体规划要求,通过对该小区存在的自然景观和独特的地理优势与环境优势的分析,利用与保护兼顾,突出特色,提出以“观海、亲水”为目的,将其开发为富有滨海特色的高档别墅社区。The Jinmen bay villa quarter of Xiamen international trade group is based on the comprehensive plan of Xiamen city, through the analysis of the scenic spots and the distinctive geographic ＆ environmental advantages of this residential quarter, both developing and protecting are considered, the distinguishing feature is stressed, the thoughts of ＂seeing sea and approaching water＂ are put forward, a high- grade residential villa quarter full of coastal characteristics will be developed there.
