摘　　要：通过对美食广场的工艺特点进行分析、合理设计及施工,并经过实际案例的应用,美食广场通风系统达到了环境要求,以完善美食广场通风系统的设计,为美食城的经营成功创造条件。According to the analysis to gastronomic plaza working process, reasonable design and construction, practice in the actual project, the ventilating system could meet the condition requirement, to perfect the design of venting systems of luxury square, create condition to the success of luxury square.
