摘 要:胜利油区注入水以油田采出水为主,注入水水质是影响注水开发效果的关键因素之一。由于水处理工艺落后、设备老化,水处理效果差,注入水水质合格率低。不合格污水的长期注入导致高渗透油田吸水能力层间差异大、有效注水程度低;低渗透油田注水压力升高,吸水能力下降,注水井井底蹩压严重。胜利油田注入水水质对储集层的影响主要表现在注入水中悬浮固体、乳化油滴、细菌及硫化物等对储集层孔喉的堵塞。通过对注水过程中储集层伤害机理的分析,制定适合具体油藏区块的注入水水质标准、大力加强污水处理工艺设备流程的改进和高效廉价的水处理剂的研发应用工作、提高污水处理工艺水平、改善注水水质,是改善胜利油田注水效果的重要举措。Produced-water is reinjected into formations in the Shengli Oilfield. Poor water treatment results in poor quality reinjection water due to the outdate equipments and the backward treatment techniques in the field. Long-term reinjection of produced-water induces distinct difference in water absorbing capacity between beds in high permeability fields, and high injection pressure, low water absorbing capacity and high bottom-hole pressure in low permeability fields. The reinjection of the poor quality water causes the blockage to pore throats by suspended solid, emulsified oil droplet, bacteria, sulphide etc. Several important strategies to improve the effect of water injection are made based on the analysis of the mechanism of formation damage. The criteria for the injection water quality have been established for specific blocks, highly efficient and cheap water treatment reagents developed, and the process of water treatment and the injection water quality improved.
