纤支镜微波治疗气道内疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨纤支镜微波热凝治疗气道内疾病的作用。方法在纤支镜下利用微波热凝治疗气道内阻塞性疾病和止血。结果25例气道阻塞性疾病,CR11例(44.0%),PR12例(48.0%),NR2例(8.0%),4例出血病人,止血均获成功。结论该治疗方法有良好治疗效果,可替代部分外科手术,值得临床广泛应用。Objective Exploring the role of fibrobronchascopic microwave thermocoagulation treatment in enclotracheal diseases. Methods Under the guidance of fibrobronchoscope, the procedure involves the use of microwave thermocoagulation for the treatment of tracheal obstructive diseases as well as halting hemorrhage. Results It has won a clinical success in the treatment of 25 cases of tracheal obstructive diseases, including CRI 1 （44.0%）, PR12 （48.0%） NR 2 （ 8.0% ） and 4 cases of hemorrhagic patients. Conclusions Clinically, the above method has been proved to be very effective and it may replace some surgical treatment thereby is worthy to be widely used.
