1型糖尿病患者甘精胰岛素治疗时空腹血清胰岛素水平的个体内变异度

摘　　要：对注射固定剂量甘精胰岛素的11例1型糖尿病患者,每个受试者连续3 d清晨6:00空腹采血测定血清胰岛素水平,平均胰岛素浓度的变异度3.3%～41.5%(均值15.4%),变异度与甘精胰岛素剂量无显著相关。Eleven type 1 diabetic patients who received fixed regime of insulin Glargine were included in the study. The levels of fasting serum insulin were measured for each subject at 6.00 in three consecutive mornings. The variability of mean fasting serum insulin in each subject was 3.3% -41.5% （ mean 15.4% ）. The variability did not correlate with the dose of Glargine statistically.
