摘　　要：本研究证实糖尿病大鼠骨髓中存在表达胰岛素、C肽、胰高血糖素、生长抑素和胰淀粉样多肽的细胞簇,并检测到胰岛发育和功能相关基因的表达,这些胰岛样细胞可能是骨髓中的成体干细胞转分化而来。The present study demonstrated that bone marrow cells from diabetic rats were able to form cell clusters expressing insulin, C-peptide, glucagon, somatostatin and islet amyloid.polypeptide, and other genes associated with development and function of islets such as glucose transporter-2, glucokinase, glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor, PDX-1, Ngn3, NeuroD1, Pax-6 and NKX2.2 genes. These islet-like cells might be derived from adult stem cells in bone marrow.
