摘　　要：随着法学教育的长足发展,法学专业毕业生越来越多。我们结合我校毕业生的具体情况,在本省范围内就法学毕业生毕业后在社会中的就业情况进行了调研,对他们的就业状况和用人单位对他们的评价进行了分析。在此基础上,对法学本科教学和课程体系提出了建议。With the quick development of law education, there are more and more law school graduates. A survey was made of the law school graduates＇ social adaptability in their working companies and some suggestions concerning the teaching programes are put forward.
