摘　　要：近年来,知识的研究已经成为学术界关注的热点,许多学者从不同的视角做了大量的研究。本文尝试从自主创新的角度,运用组织学习机制揭示组织知识创造过程的内在机理,构造了自主创新与组织知识创造的关系模型,以揭示二者的关系,为企业进行知识创造活动提供一种思路。In recent years, academe has paid more and more attentions to knowledge. And many theoretical and methodological researches have been done from the different perspectives. The organization learning mechanism is used to analyze and open out the internal mechanism of organizational knowledge creation. Meanwhile, in order to portray its formation mechanism from the self - determined innovation perspective the relation model between self - determined innovation and organizational knowledge creation is setup. A train of thoughts for enterprises to create organizational knowledge is put forward.
