摘　　要：巢素蛋白(nestin)阳性细胞、成体干细胞(包括间充质干细胞和胰腺导管上皮细胞)和胚胎干细胞是常用的体外诱导转化为胰岛细胞的种子细胞,本文就这三类细胞的来源、实验方法及实验结果的研究进展进行综述。Nestin -positive cells, adult stem cells （including mesenchymal stem cells and pancreatic ductal Ep cells） and embryonic stem cells are the seed cells to be induced to islet cells. This artical reviewed in detail on the research advancement of their sources, experimental methods and results.
