摘　　要：描述了用核素活度计测定含有放射性核素杂质（１２４）Ｉ的样品中的１２３Ｉ的活度的方法。根据不同的时间由活度计测得的值与样品中１２３Ｉ与１２４活度比的变化相关性，通过调节活度计的核素因子，直接读出１２３Ｉ的活度，分析误差＜５％。A method is described for determination of 123 I activity with a radionuclide activity meter.In 123 I sample often exists 124 I as a radioactive impurity.The activity ratio of 124 I to 123 I is changed with time because the two nuclides have different half lifetime.Based on the measured value in the activity meter and the “activity ratio vs.time”relationship,the real 123 I activity can be read directly by adjusting the nuclide factor in the activity meter.The measuring error is less 5%.
