摘  要:目的探讨 Meek 微型皮片移植术(下称 M 法)在修复烧伤创面中不同规格的双皱纱布(下称纱布)在术前数量的选择。方法测量患者一侧手掌平面的面积(1%)及皮片受区的面积,应用数学方法筛选不同规格纱布的数量。结果 14例采用此法筛选,纱布数量准确;13例受区在术后2~3周皮片融合上皮化;1例术后25 d 上皮化。结论应用数学方法在术前或术中筛选纱布数量适用于任何大小面积的植皮创面。Objective To estimate how much prefolded gauze should be used to repair the wound in the skin transplantation by modified Meek technique. Methods To measure the area of the patient' s palm ( 1% of body' s surface) and the recipient area, and by mathematical method to estimate the number and size of the prefolded gauze which should be used in the operation. Results The method was used in 14 cases and get exact prefolded gauze in all cases. Thirteen cases got complete epithelialization 2 -3 weeks after surgery and 1 case got epithelialization 25 days after surgery. Conclusions The mathematical method applies to estimation of the number and size of the prefolded gauze before the operation for repairing most of the wound bed.
